A little more historical flair
Thank goodness for sculpted prims. Yes, they have been around for a little while now, but it is still always such a wonderful feeling to have the right shapes to make things look just so. So, back to focusing on some historical pieces, and especially the Regency time frame. The first two gowns are fantastic pieces from the Baroque genre (I even sculpted the skirts myself this time ;)).
Both Baroque gowns have sculpted and flexi skirt options, so there is a pretty good variety of ways to wear the gowns...
Curious about the hair and skin? The hair is Ingenue, and the skin is Bissous, both by Kleineschwein. The background for Chartres is a snapshot taken in the Languedoc sims. If you haven't had the chance to visit, I highly reccomend it. They are stunning and have grown so much since I was last able to call them home.
This Regency gown is an update of the Regency Wedding gown that was originally introduced a while back. The textures have been cleaned up and the sculpts have been refreshed as well. It does come with little ballet flats and the bonnet with the veil. The skin in the ad is Daphne (by Kleineschwein) and the hair is Bella Victorian (also KS).
This is another refresher. The Regency Floral Day Dress is a sweet little dress that has been retouched and re-released. The skin here is Daphne again, but the hair is the Regency Twist by Martini Discovolante.
The Regency Calico dresses are brand new though. This one is the rose colorway, but there are three more colors; powder (blue), lilac (well, lilac ;)) and sprig (green). Annnd, you guessed it, the skin is Daphne, and the hair is Bella.
Next up, a few shapes, just for kicks . . .

A little breeze...
Wednesday, December 2, 2009
Oh baby it IS cold outside!
After a few days of absolute grey with no rain, no breeze and a complete absence of weather, this morning ended up sunny and beautiful and the world is all frosty. It is like a picture right out of a fairytale, so it made the perfect backdrop for this new dress.
A corset bodice top, laced in the back with a vintage beaded embellishment on the front. The dress comes with three variations on the skirt, one plain, one with glow and one with full bright. The dress shown in the picture features the glow variation. All are copy/modify.
The hair is Bella and the skin is Persephone. The shape is the new "jouer" shape, which is fuller and taller than the "de rien" shape.
Coming up next is another sculpted fur piece, a simple coat with some fabulous texture variations. ;)

New addition ~ the before Christmas stuff ;)
Before doing the release of official Christmas stuff, here is the newest addition to the collections and a bit of an update about Kleineschwein by Seisenbacher.
This is the first AO set that we are releasing (yes, there are hopes for more in the future ;)). The animations were made my Jeaniesing Trilling and accommodate the large pannier skirts for Baroque and other historical costumes. There are three standing poses, one animated stand and a walk. As soon as I can get them boxed up there will also be a ground sit, chair sit and a fall available for free (these animations, however, are not by Jeaniesing). The animations are packaged in the ZHAO II AO setup. There is a trio of lace hand fans that are sold separately for only $75L each.
In preparation for the holidays, I have just picked up a redelivery terminal and a gift voucher system from HippoTech. These will be up and running as soon as possible. And this brings me to the next bit of new news; we now have a new SL group called Kleineschwein Valued Customers. This group is by invitation only and is for customers who have spent $2500L or more at Kleineschwein. This is retroactive, so if you believe you have spent at least that much, please take snapshots of yourself in your KS purchases and send them via notecard so we can verify them and send you a group invite. Why is this beneficial? Members of the KVC will receive 20% off of all purchases off items in our hippovend system. You will also be eligible to receive various other gifts and prizes as they come up.

Happy Thanksgiving!
I do not usually post about my private life, though I am not opposed to letting it loose too much in world, but here goes...
As the year is nearing its end and winter is setting in...at least trying to here in the Pacific Northwest, my family is hunkering down and getting ready to start fixing that long awaited meal... Thanksgiving dinner. This year is highlighting, rather especially, the things that I should be thankful for. This year (November 1st) I turned 29, officially "almost 30" and I find myself very much looking forward to it. I have a wonderful husband, two angelic boys (okay, they are boys, but they are very angelic for boys ;) ), my parents and sister are close by, and I have some wonderful new-old friends. For these things I am very lucky, and I am very thankful.

Halloween Thingies!
Hello hello, it is that time of year again. Time to wear whatever you want! Wait... This is Second Life, we get to do that anyway >.< Okay, so it's the time of year we are more likely to wear the outlandish in any case. So, to add to the pot here are the Kleineschwein costumes...
First we have Tiny costumes
And now for the full sized pieces...
Pumpkin has been in the Kleineschwein line for the last two years, and has now been updated with sculpted boots.
And now for the new arrival...
We will be adding more vinyl pieces to the collection soon!
Please join us, too, for our pumpkin hunt. It will be taking place on the weekend of October 24th. I will post the full details next weekend :) See you there!
